EMBRACER Lead Partner at Europe, Let’s Cooperate! 2025

The EMBRACER Lead Partner participated in the Europe, Let’s Cooperate! Interregional Cooperation Forum, held in person with over 550 participants in Krakow, Poland, from 19 to 20 March 2025 and it was a major event in which it was possible to share experiences, exchange knowledge, foster collaboration, and explore innovative policy solutions across Europe.
During the 2-day event, EMBRACER engaged in insightful discussions on Policy Design and Regional Missions, addressing the challenge of effectively tackling grand societal issues at the local level. A major takeaway was the importance of not only supporting good projects but also influencing the behavior of innovation actors. Achieving a common understanding, joint commitment, and effective collaboration is essential for meaningful policy impact.

One of the key aspects explored was decision-making models for transport policy design—an area highly relevant to EMBRACER. The Lead Partner delved into ways of tangibly influencing policymaking, ensuring that EMBRACER efforts translate into real-life improvements for European citizens. Additionally, discussions covered emerging trends such as the role of AI in policy-making, its potential, and the challenges it faces.
The event also provided valuable networking opportunities, enabling EMBRACER to connect with other projects, exchange best practices, and gain deeper insights into the digital and green transitions. We explored how different levels of governance shape policy outcomes and their direct impact on people’s lives. A more connected Europe remains a crucial theme, emphasizing the need for improved accessibility and enhanced mobility across the urban and rural areas.

As part of the forum, the Lead Partner presented the EMBRACER project and showcased the good practices identified so far. This was a fantastic opportunity to share our progress, gather feedback, and further strengthen interregional cooperation towards a more sustainable and connected Europe.
