DEPART at the 33rd ICPESS!

On May 24, 2025, at the Amphitheatre “G. Papadriellis” in Komotini, Greece, Prof. Kostas Alexandris from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH) participated in the Round Table Discussions at the 33rd ICPESS.

This session was a valuable opportunity to present the DEPART project and discuss the role of sports tourism as a driver for regional development through sustainable strategies.

Best practices in mass sports tourism
Sustainable travel to sports destinations
Informal sports activities promote active lifestyles
