Staff Exchange in Ireland Recap

On 29-30 January 2025, we held a successful staff exchange organized by the Codil Project, hosted by our partner Údarás na Gaeltachta. This event brought together stakeholders from project partners LMT and RCSO, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing among all participants.

Throughout the exchange, attendees engaged in insightful presentations covering various topics, including regional developments, co-working spaces, and best practices in digital hubs. The discussions facilitated a deeper understanding of how to attract distributed team workers and enhance the appeal of digital hubs.

On the second day, participants enjoyed tours of local digital hubs, such as gteic@An Cheathrú Rua and gteic@An Spidéal, along with opportunities to connect with local elected officials.
