University of Patras workshop on green energy

On Wednesday 05/03/2025, University of Patras participated in a workshop organized by the Wind4Bio project (European Climate Initiative) that took place at the University of Patras Conference & Cultural Center on site but also virtually, using ZOOM. The workshop targeted mainly at wind energy but an extensive discussion was also made for green energy, exploring pathways for integrating the biodiversity and civil society concerns in (wind) energy projects. During the workshop, the UPAT representative had the opportunity to present the CLIMATE project and its main activities.
