An inspiring Study Visit: Pop-Up Exchange Point

Definitely, Study Visits were the most inspirational moments of the interregional event in Gijón.
Representatives of the partner organizations visited in situ the itinerant exchange point for reusable
objects coordinated by EMULSA, located on the day of the visit in a very central square.
The partners representatives could know in detail the experience and could see live how numerous
citizens participated in it.
They were informed on the itinerant character of the exchange point, on the mobile app ReusApp
by EMULSA which permanently operates linking potential donors and reusers at city level, on the
importance of the itinerant physical point to communicate the existence of Reusapp to the citizens,
on the logistics behind the scene and on the role of environmental educators in the exchange
point, who coordinate the exchange of the objects exhibited and inform the donors and/or
collectors (or simply those curious) about the necessity to reuse.

Several partners remarked on the simplicity of the initiative as well as on the high impact of it,
features that make of this a very replicable experience.
