The Stakeholder meeting

On February 27th, the National Development Centre hosted in Budapest an in-person stakeholder meeting to provide updates on the latest developments of the project.

The welcomed entities that participated in the dissemination of knowledge were, among others:

The Meeting

The meeting provides updates on the latest developments of the project. The meeting brought together ten key stakeholders and served as a platform for discussing progress, sharing insights, and shaping the future direction of the initiative.

The central focus of the meeting was the presentation of Good Practices identified by project partners, including a submission from the National Development Centre. Particular attention was given to the potential adaptation of one of these practices to enhance project outcomes. Stakeholders also received a briefing on key insights from the recent Barcelona meeting, with a detailed report shared to ensure transparency and alignment.

Additionally, an important agenda item was the presentation and discussion of the CDR Infographic, which visually represented critical project elements and helped stakeholders better understand the overall framework. The session fostered an open dialogue on these topics, encouraging collaboration and knowledge-sharing among participants.

Conclusion

The meeting concluded with the distribution of a draft agenda and key logistical details for the upcoming Paris meeting in April. This ensured stakeholders remained engaged and well-prepared for the next phase of the project. The discussions reinforced the commitment to ongoing collaboration, with a focus on integrating Good Practices and refining project strategies for greater impact. Additionally, stakeholders emphasized the importance of continued knowledge exchange, alignment with project objectives, and proactive planning to address potential challenges. Follow-up actions will include further analysis, feedback collection, and coordination efforts to ensure smooth implementation of the discussed initiatives.
