How to effectively manage a project ? Workshops for LPs.

As the lead partner of the CARES project, the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship participated in a workshops during which they gained knowledge and skills that enabled them to understand the complexity of setting up and running an international project.
The meeting was aimed at training in good project management, effective communication and sound financial management. Over the course of three intensive days, specialists from the JS of the Interreg Europe Programme thoroughly discussed techniques, strategies and tools that can contribute to the success of running international projects.
One of the highlight of the training in Lille was the opportunity to network with other leaders from across Europe. In an increasingly connected world, networking is a powerful tool for building collaborations. Participants shared insights, best practices and innovative ideas, creating a sense of camaraderie that crossed borders.
