Meeting in France

On 4–5 June 2025, the third ADAPTO project meeting will take place in Brittany, France, gathering all partners for two days of study visits, peer learning, and policy exchange.

🗓️ Day 1 – 4 June
📍 Gâvres, Coastal Brittany
The first day features a field immersion in the coastal area of Gâvres—an inspiring territory already implementing citizen science, nature-based solutions, and collaborative governance. Partners will explore:

• The Adalitt Breizh project on coastal monitoring and citizen science

• Nature-based solutions to mitigate erosion

• How local authorities support business adaptation to climate change

The study visit will take place at Maison Glaz, a key territorial hub for climate adaptation in Brittany.

🗓️ Day 2 – 5 June
📍 Lorient, La Colloc
The second day focuses on:

• Good Practice exchanges among partners

• In-depth presentation of the Brittany Region’s climate policies

• Interactive sessions on policy improvement and implementation planning

• Reporting, planning next steps, and collective reflection

🎯 This event aims to strengthen cooperation among ADAPTO partners, drive policy improvement, and highlight innovative actions from the Brittany region.
