The second Local Stakeholder Group (LSG) meeting in Milan was held in person, adopting a new three-hour format designed to foster greater interaction and collaboration.

The meeting commenced with introductions from all attendees, who shared their names, roles, and affiliations. Following this, the local Project Manager presented a PowerPoint summarizing feedback gathered from stakeholders during individual interviews. A 30-minute Q&A session followed, during which participants voted for their top three preferred policy improvements for further internal investigation.

Project managers concluded the formal part of the meeting by outlining the next steps of the project.

The final hour was dedicated to networking, providing an opportunity for private stakeholders to connect with each other and with representatives from the public administration over coffee and cookies.

Stakeholders responded positively to the presentations and appreciated the consideration given to their suggestions and feedback. The involvement of local politicians was also well-received. The newly introduced networking session proved successful, aligning with stakeholders' expressed needs.
