The second Local Stakeholder Group (LSG) meeting of Alba Iulia, held on February 21, 2025, aimed to foster collaboration on corporate social responsibility (CSR) at the local level among businesses, non-profit organizations, and the local government. The objectives included exploring ways to align CSR initiatives with local community needs and identifying challenges and opportunities in public-private collaboration.

During the meeting, a presentation based on the Local Analysis Report of Alba Iulia highlighted the current state of CSR in Alba Iulia, including a SWOT analysis. Several local good practices were showcased, and proposals for future action, such as an online CSR platform and community initiatives, were outlined.

The 16 participants discussed synchronizing CSR with local needs, collaboration barriers and opportunities, and good practices. A key outcome was the agreement to create an online platform to manage relationships between stakeholders in CSR, ensuring transparency and aligning company resources with identified local needs.
