Intra-organisational meeting of Ķekava Municipality
The intra-organisational meeting was held on the 31st of March, 2025, in the Municipality of Ķekava. The aim was to present and discuss the learning and findings of the Ķekava Local Analysis Report (LAR).
The Project Manager of ACROSS project started with a short introduction of the project to the
participants of the meeting – the representatives of Ķekava Municipality local government
Development and Building Department and Property Department. Information about the goal of the
project and the current status of the project was given.
Further, the results of the Ķekava Local Analysis Report and recommendations received during the peer
review and consultations with BURST were shared and discussed. The report outlines the learning
needs, good practices and competences of Ķekava municipality relevant for the project. The LAR
had been peer reviewed by Alba Iulia Municipality (Lead Partner) and received also valuable recommendations from BURST for its further improvements. Also, two good practices have been identified and their description was submitted for the project website – „Eco Days in Ķekava Municipality” and „National cleanup day”.
