Esteban PELAYO

Esteban Pelayo is the Director of the European Association of Deevelopment Agencies (EURADA). He is in charge of supporting the governance of the association (President, Board of Directors and General Assembly) and manages the provision of services to members. Esteban is leading the project ENTRANCES about social impact of decarbonisation and the cluster collaboration platform. In the past he has been involved in 4 Interreg europe projects: BeyondEDP, ESSPO, SocialSeeds and ScaleUp. He started to work with the Intrreg IIIC  and the StratinC project coordinated in Metz. He has more than 25 years of experience on innovation management being a certified intellectual property rights attorney.

He is an agricultural engineer and followed postgraduate studies in food technology and innovation management. He started his professional career in 1996 at the University of Alicante working on international technology transfer (Enterprise Europe Network); from the year 2000 worked in the Development Agency of the Region of Murcia until the year 2015 when he become the Director of EURADA.
