From 9 to 11 April 2019, the first of the 8 study visits planned for 2019 by ThreeT project will take place in Mittelhessen (Central Hesse), Germany.
During  the  two  days  the  team  of participants will visit 3 tourist trails,  associated  to  3 of the 5 good practices documented by the German partner - Regional Management Central Hessen GmbH.

On  the  first  day  of  the  visit,  the  partners,  together  with  their stakeholders,   will   visit   the  chain  of  hydroelectric  power  plants in the Rehbach Valley,  an  attractive  tourist  and educational route that combines experiences related to "water, wind and sun".
In  the  afternoon  of  the  same  day  the  team  will move to the city of Weilburg in the valley of river Lahn, with its tourist trail  from  source  to  estuary,  a  trail suitable for hiking, cycling or canoeing.

On the second day, the focus will shift to the volcanic cycle path, where a walk is planned  through the Vogelsberg nature park and the mining quarry that is part of the Geopark.

On 11 April during the Workshop the good practice holders will be available to partners and stakeholders for any request of further information.  A joint evaluation session  of the Study Visit results using a Feedback form will conclude the Workshop and the visit.
