Innovation in blue economy

The project aims to promote the development and improvement of policies at local and regional level aiming to foster innovation in the blue economy area, by identifying existing good and mature practices and transferring them to other territories less advanced in the blue economy but with potential in this field.
The project will also aim to create and test tools to facilitate interregional value chains development in the blue economy among companies, research and public administration. Specifically, we want to focus in three activities of the blue economy: blue tourism, blue biotechnology and ocean's sustainability.
