Digital skills for better governance

1 Dec: Project ideas and networking discussions
Governance

The digital skills and digital literacy of the civil servants are an essential step in the development of better governance policy because they not only contribute to the efficiency of specific jobs or missions, but it also favors the recruitment, on boarding, training, and, most of all, teamwork and the creation of internal networks.
The common challenge faced by project partners, coming from 4 regions across Europe, is that not all civil servants have developed their digital skills. This affects in obvious ways and also in immeasurable ways.
The overall project objective is therefore to improve public governance, by improving digital skills, digital literacy and digital sovereignty by working closely within each administration while exchanging tools, advice, lessons learned and best practices, training materials and contents, and also, developing common instruments.
