The project is aimed at sharing experience and good practices of sustainable models (public-private partnerships) of cooperation between regional and local public authorities, science and technology parks and other key organizations to create and implement innovation at regional/local level. The development of effective partnerships and know-how exchange at interregional level will help to improve the interaction between actors in shaping and implementing policies and programmes geared to accelerating growth based on innovation in participants' regions. Attracting organizations with experience in local government are key to the sustainable implementation and dissemination of project results.

RMTintends that 6 differentEuropean territories will influence in their regional policies by 6 different regional strategies,made by a participatoryand integrated approach. These plans will be also a fruit of a learningand international exchange process that will be last 30 months. After this,all project partners will put them in practice, implementingthe new initiatives co-defined byall stakeholders in each territory. Project results will be also helpful for otherEuropean regions thatare livingsimilar situations. Regions in the projectare keen on sustainable and efficient mobility,and they bet for solid regional strategies, because: 1. They need to provide qualitytransport services to theircitizens, who normallythey have not because theylive in small towns. 2. They want to better use and manage their regional resources. 3. They understand that low carbon economycan also representan opportunityfor new sustainable jobs. Opportunities for boosting new mobility solutions.

The project aims to create a common policy box interconnected and complementary in the same time at regional level, able to exploit the assets, expertise and resources in a strategic direction. It is very important to connect every region RIS3 strategy and develop policy tools that can better improve silver economy value chain at regional and transnational level. I from University of Madeira, in Madeira Island, in Portugal. BIM (building information modelling), a recent 4.0 technology, is a process involving the generation and management of digital representations of physical and functional characteristics of places, especially buildings. Besides helping design and construct buildings, BIM could be applied with facility management to maintain buildings. In the case of building services, the gains in efficiency could be high. Using BIM the competitiveness of this companies could be enhanced. Tourism sector (hotels) could be improve their results. The aim of this project is to apply the BIM technology in several service buildings and measure the cost reduction in their facility management.
Our project idea is about developing an eHealth hybrid cloud platform that can store, analyze, predict and secure medical data such as those collected from a portable, single channel wireless electrocardiogram (ECG), and also offer all capabilities required to develop state-of-the-art microwave imaging techniques for mammography applications. The limitations of X-ray mammography provide a clear incentive to develop a complementary imaging tool to help detect and diagnose. An ideal tool for breast screening should be low risk, be sensitive to tumors, detect breast cancer at a curable stage, be non-invasive and simple to perform, cost-effective and widely available, involve discomfort minimum and provide easy interpretation and consistent results. The methodology relies also on the usage of the portable, single channel wireless electrocardiogram (ECG) transmission device, which gives real time information about the patient’s health conditions.
“A new paintable Electron Diffusivity liquid can be used to turn industrial waste heat into electricity” The specially-formulated inorganic Electron Diffusivity paint was created using Bi2Te3 (bismuth telluride) and Sb2Te3 (antimony telluride) particles to create two types of semiconducting material. To test the resultant mixture, the researchers applied alternate p-type (positive) and n-type (negative) layers of the Electron Diffusivity semiconductor paint on a metal dome, generating an average power output of 4 mW per square centimeter.
