Our project idea is about developing an eHealth hybrid cloud platform that can store, analyze, predict and secure medical data such as those collected from a portable, single channel wireless electrocardiogram (ECG), and also offer all capabilities required to develop state-of-the-art microwave imaging techniques for mammography applications. The limitations of X-ray mammography provide a clear incentive to develop a complementary imaging tool to help detect and diagnose. An ideal tool for breast screening should be low risk, be sensitive to tumors, detect breast cancer at a curable stage, be non-invasive and simple to perform, cost-effective and widely available, involve discomfort minimum and provide easy interpretation and consistent results. The methodology relies also on the usage of the portable, single channel wireless electrocardiogram (ECG) transmission device, which gives real time information about the patient’s health conditions.
