This initiative is an enterprise-led mobility programme supporting enterprises in recruiting expertise and more specifically with the aim to help individuals SMEs overcoming the barriers for getting access to highly-skilled and experienced persons. In the specific case of the pilot, the focus in on skills for managing innovation processes, one the key drivers for SME competitiveness.
The call INNOSUP-02-2019-2020 European SME innovation Associate - pilot provides for SMEs the opportunity to get an individual grant that covers the costs of the first year of employment to employ a highly-skilled experienced researcher. The support includes the necessary training and further accompanying measures aiming at making the selected person rapidly operational.
The Enterprise Europe Network will be involved in order to provide assistance to relevant SMEs with formulating their needs.
The next cut-off date for the submission of proposals by SMEs is expected to be 17 January 2019.
