Active since last year, the Policy Learning Platform has now a reinforced team on board. Supported and coordinated by a management team, eight thematic experts specialised in the four Programme topics are ready to offer targeted on-demand support to regional policy makers.
The Policy Learning Platform aims to boost policy learning and capitalisation on regional development practices across Europe through expert support and a community of peers.
In 2018, a series of new features will be available for community members including online discussions and peer reviews. Furthermore the good practice database is now live with dozens of good practices analysed and published by our experts. In addition, we are designing new interactive tools to allow peer to peer exchange and learning online. You can now shape the new interactive tools of the Policy Learning Platform with us. Just fill in this survey to share your needs, wishes and ideas for the new online tools on the Platform.
The first set of thematic workshops will take place in June 2018. The focus for the low-carbon economy priority is energy efficiency in buildings, while for the environment and resource efficiency priority the discussion is around cultural heritage. Stay tuned, the topics of the thematic workshops under other priorities will be announced soon and the practical information will follow.
