The One Stop Shop (OSS) as a reference point for entrepreneurs, corporations and intermediaries in dealing with the public administration.
This point incorporates all procedures and services that they have to make to run the business throughout its lifecycle, regardless of the public Administration level involved.
The OSS front-office is a web site that includes all services and procedures that enterprises need for developing their activity.
This site has a very useful tool: “Guided search of procedures”, which poses interactive questions to the enterprises about their activity, localization, municipality,… and the tool informs about all the procedures, and the order in which they have to be done. Besides if the entrepreneur wants, he can begin them.

Evidence of success

The OSS catalogue has 549 administrative procedures (the state, regional and local competence procedures).
Catalonia has 947 municipalities, 918 of which support OSS service at the moment. So we expect this year all the municipalities will be supporting the OSS.

Potential for learning or transfer

The OSS service can be considered a good practice because:
a) Business people are at the center stage of our public policy and public administration wants to offer them a good service.
b) Provides the entrepreneurs and companies with unified services with all public administrations levels (national, regional and local administration).
c) The OSS procedures are operating with electronic channel.
