On 15 november the Policy Learning Platform is participating in the Smart 3.0 event in Brussels, organised by European Commission.
The two day conference focuses on transformation through Smart Specialisation. It creates the occasion to strengthen links between people and institutions. The discussion will revolve around the following topics:
- Boosting innovation-led growth in the EU industrial transition regions
- Supporting the catching up EU regions to close the innovation gap
- Integrating regional economies in the global value chains
Thematic expert of research and innovation, Arnault Morisson, will be presenting the services the Policy Learning Platform. Services such as the peer review can support the strengthening of networks as well as help regions with specific policy challenges.
