In Research and Innovation Strategies for Smart Specialisation (RIS3), governance is an essential component that enables or hinders the effective design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of place-based innovation policies. In the next programming period 2021-2027, RIS3 governance, which is increasingly associated with quadruple helix, co-creation, and vision sharing, offers many opportunities for regional authorities to adopt more inclusive governance arrangements.
The Policy Learning Platform will organise on Tuesday 22 October 2019 a webinar dedicated to devise better RIS3 governance. The experts in Research and Innovation, Marc Pattinson and Arnault Morisson, will host the online discussion to answer to regional policy challenges on RIS3 Governance.
Here is what you can expect from the webinar:

- Get access to the latest tools, trends and policy findings on RIS3 Governance
