On Monday 22 October 2018, the Interreg Europe Policy Learning Platform will organise an online discussion on ‘Enabling the digital transformation. Regional business support ecosystems.’
This interactive webinar will allow participants to:
- get to know about different approaches to support the digital transformation in SMEs,
- present/promote their own approaches and experiences,
- contribute to prepare the upcoming support activities to be delivered by the Policy Learning Platform.
While the content is related to the Interreg Europe projects, participants not related to these projects are also very welcome to join.
Digital transformation is a broad concept encompassing the changes induced by the increased availability and use of digital technologies in all kind of activities. For businesses it implies that existing or emerging digital technologies contribute to change their business models, their products or services and the way they are manufactured and delivered, as well as the necessary skills to remain competitive in fast changing competitive environments.
