Sogndal meeting with stakeholders to start Green Hydra

Sogndal Municipality, Norway, is committed to becoming a leader in sustainability and climate adaptation, with a focus on integrating renewable energy sources, promoting circular economy principles, and enhancing energy efficiency. Through projects like Green Hydra, Sogndal aims to ensure the region is well-prepared for the European energy transition and to position ourselves as an example for other municipalities in small and rural regions. The project team organised a meeting in August to start proactively engaging regional stakeholders in activities for encouraging private sector investments in hydrogen production facilities, storage capabilities, and refuelling stations.
