EAGER Workshop with students in Spain

Оn May 20, 2025, the Spanish team of the EAGER project -composed by technical staff of the Palencia Provincial Council and Itagra Technological Center- visited the school: IES Alonso Berruguete in Palencia city, to give an inspiring talk on AGRIVOLTAICS to students in the Vocational Training Program for Renewable Energies.
Where the definition of this new technological concept was introduced, highlighting that APV promotes renewable energy production without sacrificing land used for agriculture.
The Spanish partners also presented the goals and progress of the EAGER project, along with various innovative examples of how this technology is being applied in the region. These sparked great interest among the students, as reflected in the responses to the survey we conducted at the end of the talk. The main results are summarized in this chart:

The fifteen students also expressed a strong interest in being involved in the EAGER project, including participating in more talks and activities related to it.
