Digital transformation of public services

Last week at the Policy Learning Platform workshop in Vilnius ENAIBLER project lead partner Dr. Margaret Quinn from ERNACT delivered a fantastic presentation on digital skills for public administrations.

Attendees learned about special training programs created for public servants, including the ENAIBLER example, "AI Foundation Certificate for Public Servants."

The workshop, focused on digital transformation in public sector services, provided useful insights into both the progress and challenges of using technology to improve public administration.
