The European Week of Regions and Cities goes hybrid in 2020 and the vast majority of the sessions will be organised digitally. Even if you missed the initial application deadline earlier this year, you can still be part of the event. A call for side events is open until 2 September.
How to apply
If you would like to organise a side event during #EURegionsWeek 2020, take note of these tips:
Make it relevant. Side events must be linked to the thematic priorities of the #EURegionsWeek and happen in parallel with the official programme:
- 5-9 October: Empowering Citizens
- 12-16 October: Cohesion and cooperation
- 19-22 October: Green Europe, in cooperation with the Green Week
Go digital. Only online events can be proposed this year.
As a side event organiser, you are responsible for all content and organisation of the proposed session.
Apply now and fill the online application form by 2 September.
