With reference to the public procurement information for the Polish partners published on 25 April 2016 at our website (see here), we would like to inform you that the amendment to the Polish Public Procurement Law was published on 13 July 2016. It will come into force 14 days thereafter, that is on 28 July 2016 (with the exception of the provisions laid down in Art. 22 paragraphs 1-3 of the Act).
Therefore, from 28 July 2016 the Polish partners will be obliged to apply the amended provisions.
Until 27 July 2016, one of the two solutions proposed in the previously published news should be used by the Polish partners.
