’Europe, let’s cooperate!’ interregional cooperation forum on 10 April in Brussels is your chance to find solutions and share inspiration with peers from all across Europe. In addition to the plenary sessions and workshops, a dedicated networking area is available for the participants during the afternoon.

In the networking area, the floor is yours. Book a table and host a mini-session of your own: pick a time slot, suggest a topic and get ready to dive into discussions and meet and exchange with peers on a topic (or topics) of your choice during the event. Build new connections, promote your initiatives and share inspiration! Present your activities, network with people interested in similar topics, join discussions to expand your network, build bridges and pave the way for future cooperation.

How can I book a table?

First step: Make sure you have registered and received your confirmation. Only approved participants can book a networking table.

The rest is easy. Choose your preferred time slot on the ’Book a table’ -page and fill in the request form:

  • Give a title to your session
  • Describe or introduce the topic briefly
  • Pick the thematic focus of your talk
  • Submit your request and wait for a confirmation
  • After our confirmation, invite others to join you!

While you are free to propose any topic, it should be linked to one of the thematic areas covered by Interreg Europe:

  • Research and innovation
  • Competitiveness of SMEs
  • Low-carbon economy
  • Environment and resource efficiency

How do I join the discussion?

Only registered participants can participate in the networking sessions. Therefore, the first tip is the same as above: register now if you haven't done so yet.

Keep an eye on the networking table overview prior to the event. If you don’t plan to propose a topic of your own, you can still join as many of the discussions proposed by others as you wish.

When you spot an interesting topic on the list, click on ’Join the discussion’ button to let the session host know you are interested. Furthermore, you can also see which other participants are planning to chip in.

During ’Europe, let’s cooperate!’ you can simply join the sessions of your choice on the spot in the networking area - keep an eye on the clock, though, seats are limited and allocated on the first come, first served -basis.
