The fifth edition of 'Europe, let's cooperate! interregional cooperation forum' takes place on 10 April in Brussels. The event will bring together policymakers and practitioners from regions across Europe working on research and innovation, competitiveness of SMEs, low-carbon economy, and the environment and resource efficiency. Here is a sneak peek into what to expect, have a look - and register to join us!
Interregional cooperation in the spotlight
'Europe, let's cooperate!' is all about cooperation. During the past editions, we have focused a lot on partner search and project development. This time around, we are shifting emphasis onto the impact and outcomes of cooperation. 'What's in it for me?', you might ask, and rightly so. A lot, actually.
Interregional cooperation is all about sharing experiences and learning from each other. Our 184 ongoing projects have already pooled a wealth of experience and lessons to learn from, so we can guarantee that there will be no shortage of inspiration. Come and see what you can take home with you!
Ideas, inspiration, experiences
Sharing inspiration has always been an important part of #europecooperates. Continuing on that path, we are looking forward to sharing some of the most compelling stories of change and regional impact to showcase just how much can be accomplished with cooperation. Focusing on real experiences, we have invited representatives from different regions to share their story.
You will also have a chance to meet partners from Interreg Europe projects and hear directly from them what they have gotten out of working together with other regions. See how you can benefit too! The inspirational examples of policy change and other ideas transferred between regions are one side of the story. The other one is that there will be plenty of ideas up for grabs - come and see which ones to take home to your region!
Networking and building connections
In the end, cooperation is about people. 'Europe, let's cooperate!' offers an excellent opportunity to meet peers from regions all over Europe. Therefore, we have made sure that you will have chances to share your experiences and mingle with other participants who share your interests.
We offer an afternoon filled with networking activities, each with a distinct thematic focus:
- Research and innovation
- Competitiveness of SMEs
- Low-carbon economy
- Environment and resource efficiency
You will also have the possibility to introduce your own topic, pitch your ideas and gather a group of your own for a thematic discussion. More information will be available soon - stay tuned!
