Are you still working on your application for the fourth call? Have you already prepared your letter of support?
In the past, we provided an editable template for the letter of support. For the fourth call, you can use the iOLF system to generate the letter(s) automatically (see tab F in iOLF). The system uses the information already filled in the application form as a basis and completes the template for you. As a result, you get a pre-filled PDF file ready to be signed.
Once generated, you might notice that some fields remain empty. Don’t worry. These fields are optional. In your letter of support:
- Information in original language is not mandatory
(e.g. original name of the organisation or policy instrument)
- If you wish to, you can add this information manually
If your letter of support is not ready yet, make use of iOLF to create it. All you need to do is print it and have it signed. In addition to the signature, the signatory should also fill in his/her name, position and date manually.
Finally, don’t forget to scan and upload the signed letter of support before submitting your application.
