The European Green Week 2021 takes place virtually. The main week starts on 31 May with an opening event and continues with a high-level conference on 1-4 June. In addition, partner events around Europe address the topic of the year 'zero pollution ambition' from diverse perspectives in hundreds of sessions between 3 May and 13 June.
Interreg Europe takes active part in the EU Green Week this year.

During the EU Green Week partner event 'Solutions for healthier people and planet: How interregional cooperation contributes to the zero pollution ambition' (2 June, 14:00-15:30 CEST) we will exchange experiences on regional action for for reducing pollution and working towards a healthier, cleaner environment. 3 June: Acting now: policy solutions to stop marine litter and plastic pollution (webinar)
In another EU Green Week partner event 'Acting now: policy solutions to stop marine litter and plastic pollution' (3 June, 14:00-15:30 CEST), you'll hear about policy solutions to stop marine litter and plastic pollution. Take part in the session to learn about ongoing European initiatives and good practices from the regions and connect with the experts in the field. Register now.
