Share a photo

Show us how EU investments are being used where you live, work or travel! Participate in the Europe in My Region photo competition for a chance to win a 2-night trip for two to Brussels and to take part in a photography workshop in October 2017.

To enter the competition, all you need to do is take a photo of a project receiving EU funding you know or have seen, with the EU funding information and the EU flag somewhere in the picture, and submit the photo via Facebook app.

The deadline for submitting up to three photos is 27 August 2017.

Participate in a project hunt

Participate an event and receive a picture with lots of European sites and monuments. You have to identify the number of countries represented in the picture and enter your reply online.

If your answer is correct, you make it to the next round where you can watch a 10-second video of an EU-funded project. You have to identify the EU member state where it was filmed.

If your answer is correct again, you make it to the third round that will take place on Wednesday 14 June at 8:00pm (Central European Summer Time). You will have to be the first to answer a final question correctly to win a trip for two to a European capital to discover EU projects and much more...

Write a blog post

Write a blog post in any language about any EU-funded project by 27 June and you might be one of four winners invited to the European Week of Regions and Cities this October as a fully accredited journalist, with training in mobile and storytelling-based journalism thrown in.
