New European Bauhaus initiative and Interreg

Interact, DG Regio and the European Bauhaus organise a joint online event about the New European Bauhaus in Interreg on 1 June (10:30-13:30 CEST)

The aim of the event is to share information about the New European Bauhaus and discuss how Interreg programmes can contribute to the initiative and it's key themes:

  • Reconnecting with nature;
  • Regaining a sense of belonging;
  • Prioritising the places and people that need it most; and
  • Fostering long term, life cycle thinking in the industrial ecosystem.

During the meeting, Interreg Europe's perspective will be presented by Nicolas Singer (Head of Unit - Projects and Platform, Joint Secretariat) and Astrid Severin (Thematic Expert, Low-carbon economy and environment and resource efficiency, Interreg Europe Policy Learning Platform). Other contributors include representatives from the European Commission, Interact and representatives from regions and various Interreg programmes.

See the agenda for more information.

The online meeting is targeted at managers from Joint Secretariats and Managing Authorities.
