The European Green Week 2021 is dedicated to the ‘zero pollution ambition’. The week itself features and opening event in 31 May and a virtual high-level conference on 1-4 June, but the topic is also addressed in hundreds of partner events around Europe between 3 May and 13 June.
Reduction of pollution will be discussed in the context of the EU Action Plan toward a Zero Pollution Ambition and other European Green Deal initiatives, the post-COVID-19 recovery and transition towards a more sustainable EU economy. The events bring together all stakeholders and interested citizens to find ways to work together to make the ambition for a zero pollution and toxic-free environment a reality.
