The Committee of the Regions hosts an online meeting on 'Financing the Renovation Wave' on 27 January 2021 (14:00-17:00 CET).
The Green Deal contributes to the EU's aim to become climate neutral by 2050. Renovation of buildings plays an important role in achieving this goal. Local and regional authorities often have key competence in this area, particularly when it comes to technical and financial support. This event brings together local and regional actors working on renovation projects, as well as the institutions and initiatives supporting these projects.
For more information, see the event agenda.
The event is part of the Green Deal Going Local initiative of the CoR and a satellite event of the European Climate Pact.
