The Policy Conference of EU Sustainable Energy Week (EUSEW) 2018 will take place from 5 to 7 June 2018.
EUSEW is the most important European conference dedicated to sustainable energy policy issues. The event will feature a range of sessions organised by the European Commission and energy stakeholders debate new policy developments, best practices and sustainable energy ideas, as well as ample opportunities for networking and forming new partnerships. Moreover, awards for outstanding energy projects will be announced during the week.
The participants are a diverse group of public authorities, energy agencies, industry associations, businesses, civil society organisations, as well as the media. In the past years, speakers and participants have represented different organisations, including city councils and regional authorities, as well as the European institutions and policy makers, or private companies, research organisations, citizen groups, and NGOs. EUSEW brings stakeholders across the board together to discuss the future of sustainable energy and the clean energy transition in Europe.
Interreg Europe Policy Learning Platform at EUSEW
Make sure you visit the Networking village during the EU Sustainable Energy Week. You will not only have the chance to network and discover interesting initiatives and activities, but also meet our Policy Learning Platform experts!
The Interreg Europe Policy Learning Platform will give an Energy Talk on 'Supporting regions in the transition to a low-carbon economy' on 6 June at 12:00. The Energy Talks are engaging 15-minute speeches on innovative initiatives, followed by lively Q&A sessions with the audience. This is an excellent opportunity to learn more about the platform activities and how we can help you, so don't miss it!
No session-specific registration is needed (places for the Energy Talks are filled on a first come, first served basis), but you need to be registered for one of the Policy Conference sessions and have an event badge to be able to enter the Networking Village. Make note of the time - 12-12:30 on 6 June - and join us for the talk!
