A regional Start-up and Scale-up Initiative - learning from iEER regions

In this interactive workshop we will look at the elements of regional entrepreneurial ecosystems that are needed for innovative start-ups to scale-up. Successful strategies from innovative entrepreneurial regions will be presented to boost cooperation between regions and hence we enlarge the market and opportunities for best companies in Europe to strive globally. European Commission’s freshly launched Start-up and Scale-up Initiative aims to enhance Europe’s competitiveness and improve the conditions for startups to scale up. The workshop presents concrete steps and transferable innovative practices as inspiration to implement a regional Startup and Scale-up initiative.

The workshop will be followed by a networking session and a light lunch.
