The cities of Tartu and Tallinn, in Estonia, hosted on January 16 and 18, the 7th Interregional Event of the FINERPOL Project and the 4th meeting of the SOCIAL GREEN Project.
Around 50 people, including partners of both projects and stakeholders, participated in a joint conference on innovative financing schemes and good practices in the financing of energy efficiency in the social housing sector. In addition, attendees visited recently renovated buildings in Tartu and Tallinn, particularly buildings with near zero energy needs (nZEB).
In the international project conference, innovative projects related to energy efficiency in the social housing sector were discussed, and how different entities can compete with the financial funds available for these same projects.
