Organisations often don't implement their circular pilots and experiments. Partly because their governance is not prepared for the changes that may be the consequence of it.

The CG4C project aims to identify indicators for a 'prepared' organisational governance; create a ready to use instrument to support organisations with this, all in phase 1. And in phase 2 the aim is to implement that instrument through regional peer to peer networks (learning by doing). We want to know if this makes sense, if you're interested to join and if you know of or represent a regional coordinating/networking organisation that could play a role in this project.
