Our project idea is about setting the standards for communication, informative and digital accessibility of cultural resources for individuals with disabilities and older adults in European regions.
The main idea of the project is taking the regional and local cultural resources in regional policy as a platform for social inclusion - in accordance with regional policies. To achieve the goal, the best practice will be exchange illustrating specific methods for opening cultural organization, existing programs, services, facilities, and activities to individuals with disabilities and older adults.

People with special needs are elderly people, children, people with disabilities or other people with permanently or temporarily impaired mobility or perception, and refugees.
