Each regional partnership in the ERUDITE project has undertaken a SEROI+ multi-stakeholder social and economic return on investment with open innovation process to prioritise, select, co-design and implement digital new services, and evaluate their potential impact and of course improve the delivery of its selected Policy Instrument.
