Dr. Astrid Hintze

Studied of economics at the University of Rostock and the Free University of Berlin. Astrid Hintze was significantly involved in the development of Hamburg’s cluster policy and the advancement of the city’s innovation policy.  She was extensive knowledge on innovation and strategy. In October 2011, she switched to research on regional clusters at Helmut Schmidt University / University of the Federal Armed Forces. Dissertation: "Development and implementation of a cluster umbrella brand conceptualization based on structuration theory using the example of the aviation cluster Hamburg Metropolitan Region" (2018).  She was head of the project Co-Learning Space for Hamburg Clusters (2016-2019). Guest lecturer in organization at the Hamburg University of Applied Sciences. Since 2020, she teaches organization and decision-making at Helmut Schmidt University / Universität der Bundeswehr.
 

 

Prof. Žaneta Stasiškienė

Prof. Zaneta Stasiskiene is Director of the Institute of Environmental Engineering Kaunas University of Technology (KUT) and the Leader of scientific group “Smart and sustainable cities” at the University. Also she is the Chairman of Joint Environmental Engineering PhD Committee at KUT. The main research interests are Sustainable development of a city, Circular city and industry, Sustainable industry, Climate change mitigation and Circular economy. Zaneta is the author of more than 80 scientific publications.

Cecilia Maini

Cecilia Maini has extensive track record and experience in management of projects aiming towards innovation and technology transfer in the Life Science sector, with a special focus on SMEs, Research Institutes and Academia. She has also hands on experience as tutor for the Life Sciences Laboratories of the Emilia-Romagna High Technology Network and, in particular in technology scouting, strategy and action plans. She facilities and coordinates groups of experts (research and industry) aiming at defining strategies and drivers of innovation at a regional and national level. On policy level she supports the development of the Emilia-Romagna Region Smart Specialization Strategy with the specific competence of the Health and Wellness thematic area.

Nicolas is Director for Higher Education, Research and Technology Transfer (Centre-Val de Loire Regional Council). He is In charge of the regional Higher Education, Research and Innovation Strategy and of regional policies supporting academic research. Regional research programs include the « Biopharmaceuticals » program involving a complete set of laboratories and companies (large groups, PMEs and start-up), and including specific actions aimed at developing partnerships at both national and international levels


Sławomir Sołtys

Sławomir Sołtys is innovation specialist in Lublin Centre for Research on Innovativeness, which is the unit of Marshal Office of Lubelskie Voivodeship responsible for RIS3. Due to his previous experience in the field of technology transfer and project management, gained at the Medical University of Lublin, he deals with the entrepreneurial discovery process in the life science sector. As a member of the Lublin Centre for Research on Innovativeness team he is involved in the RIS3 update process as well as monitoring and evaluation of its implementation. He is an expert in international projects dedicated RIS3, responsible for developing action plans.
