The third Interregional Learning Event is taking place on 18-19th April 2018 in Riga, Latvia, hosted by the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Latvia .
The theme of the event is "Innovation of the tourism offer by clustering the tourism SME’s and products”. The event includes a half-day public thematic workshop to present Good Practices (GPs) from the different regions on Wednesday 18th April 2018, followed by a restricted focus group for project partners only to evaluate and discuss the GPs. The focus group deepens the analysis through highly interactive sessions where each GP is separately reviewed. The relevance of the GPs will be assessed according to several criteria such as their level of innovativeness, effectiveness, efficiency, sustainability and transferability.

To consolidate learning, the event will be complemented on the 18th and 19th April afternoon with several study visits to operative facilities to get to know some of the proposed Latvia's GPs. The first day, the partners will visit Riga. The second day the partners will visit "Entergauja tourism cluster" in Sigulda. Later, the partners will be back to Riga in order to visit "Valmiermuiza - cluster member organization: local beer factory/restaurant".
