Cork Chamber is hosting the final online webinar of the series Sustainable Cork Programme on the 22nd January 2021 at 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM GMT.

The webinar presents the theme of ‘Arts & Culture at the Heart of our City Region’, exploring “the reach of arts and cultural activities far beyond its own sectoral footprint, the importance of a resilient recovery and the role of the sector to the sustainable economic and social development of the Cork region.”

The Speakers:

• Liz Meaney, Arts Director Performing and Local Arts, The Arts Council of Ireland

• Lorraine Maye, Director, Cork Midsummer Festival

• Shane O’Driscoll, Visual Artist and initiator of Ardú, Cork’s new street art initiative

 

Presentations are followed by a Q&A session inviting questions from the audience.

The Sustainable Cork Programme is rooted in the Cork Chamber’s commitment to the UN Sustainable Development Goals and the vision for Cork.
