Three working groups discussing the different practices of EU_SHAFE

The European project EU_SHAFE held its 5th stakeholder meeting at the Euskalduna Congress Centre on the 4th November.

The working day has been chaired by the Director for the Promotion of Personal Autonomy of the Provincial Council of Bizkaia, Asier Alustiza, accompanied by the Vice-Chancellor of the University of Deusto, Rosa Santibañez, and the President of the Council of Elderly People of Bizkaia, Manuel Merino.

The event,  aimed at discussing and evaluating  the Good Practices of the WHO Smart Health Age-friendly Environments framework  Domain D – Health and Community Services and Domain E- Cross – themed practices, selected and included in the EU_SHAFE Aggregated Assessment Report, brought together 27 Stakeholders, coming from different sectors. Six in total the practices of Bizkaia, selected in the two domains, presented during the meeting.
The day gave rise to an intense networking activity between the participants, who showed a positive interest in project progression and achievements.
